Terms and Conditions for Purchasing Tickets to Nexus Golf Series events

Ticket Purchase: By purchasing a ticket to  Nexus Golf Series , you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Ticket Validity: Each ticket purchased is valid for one team entry to Nexus Golf Series on the specified date and location as stated on the ticket.

Ticket Transferability: Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, unless otherwise specified by the event organizers.

Event Schedule: The event schedule, including tee times, activities, and any other programming, is subject to change at the discretion of the event organizers.

Code of Conduct: All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner throughout the duration of the event. Any behavior deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe by the event organizers may result in removal from the premises without refund.

Liability Waiver: Attendees participate in Nexus Golf Series at their own risk. The event organizers, sponsors, and affiliated parties are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss sustained during the event.

Photography and Videography: By attending Nexus Golf Series , you consent to being photographed and/or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes. The event organizers reserve the right to use any such media captured during the event without compensation to attendees.

Weather Policy:  Nexus Golf Series will proceed rain or shine, unless otherwise determined by the event organizers. In the event of severe weather conditions, the event organizers reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel the event with or without notice.

Cancellation Policy: In the event that Nexus Golf Series is canceled by the organizers, attendees will be notified as soon as possible, and ticket refunds or credits may be issued at the discretion of the organizers.

Compliance with Laws: Attendees must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and venue policies while attending Nexus Golf Series.

Modification of Terms: The event organizers reserve the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the event website or other official channels.

By purchasing a ticket to Nexus Golf Series, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
